Hello! I have so many book ideas bubbling in my head but when words hit the page suddenlyi’m stuck and i feel like my writing isn’t good enough. Being an author is my DREAM and has been for so long, i need to push past this barrier of self doubting and actually write
All writers have been there before; having so many ideas in their heads but not being able to translate them into words when it comes to putting pen to paper. Something that can help with this is keeping a notebook and pen with you for if/when a new idea pops into your head that you don’t want to forget. Try writing little drafts (it doesn’t have to be in chronological order of a book layout) of ideas, small descriptions or perhaps a quote you’ll want to use. These drafts don’t have to be perfect, and if you’re unhappy with the writing itself, you can always come back to it in the future and polish it until you’re happy with it! Soon enough you’ll have a general book outline and everything will then fall into place.
There’s no right or wrong way of writing a book, so just be you! Any strategies will work as long as you’re comfortable with them and you still have the drive and passion to write.
Don’t give up!
